I am honored to write this letter of recommendation for Mackenzie

Tuck. I highly recommend Mackenzie for a Teaching Position.

I have known Mackenzie for seven years. It has been a pleasure

watching her grow up over the years. Mackenzie has always
demonstrated a strong sense of compassion and kindness towards
others. She is a hard worker that is willing to take on new challenges.
Mackenzie has a strong desire to work with children and has spent 2
years working at a Day School where she was given a wide variety of
responsibilities as both an Assistant Teacher as well as Lead Teacher.
In these positions, she was charged with a multitude of duties from
general care, collaborating with other teachers, planning, and
implementing activities, creative problem solving, as well as
communicating with parents.

As a retired Elementary Teacher, I recognize that Mackenzie has the

skill set as well as determination to be an Elementary Teacher. I feel
confident that she will be an asset to her students and fellow faculty
members. She has demonstrated her faithfulness to team members
throughout the seven years I have known her.

I strongly recommend Mackenzie Tuck for a Teaching Position. She is

seeking a Provisional License with intent of earning full Licensure.
When she completes her degree, Mackenzie will be a great asset to
our profession and any community of learners that is blessed with her
presence.
