methodology used in conducting this study. It incorporated the research design,
sampling scheme, participants of the study, the instrument utilized to gather data, the
procedures to accumulate the needed data and statistical treatment used in this
research.

3.1 RESEARCH DESIGN

The researcher used the qualitative method in this study. Through this
method, it described the Customer Satisfaction Among Grade 11 Senior High School
Learners in School Canteen’s Food and Beverages in Bolinao Integrated School. The

researcher divide the population into mutually exclusive subgroups (called strata) and
then recruit sample units until reach the quota. The whole 459 Grade 11 Senior High
School Learners academic and non-academic track in Bolinao Integrated School
were considered as participants. The researcher will be conducting a quota sampling
where 10 learners each section wherein it consists of 5 males and 5 females were

3.4 DATA GATHERING PROCEDURES

1. Create and prepare questionnaires. The researcher design and construct a

questionnaires and sought assistance to the teacher who will validate the open
ended questionnaires which focused on getting the results the statement of the
problem.
2. Ensuring questionnaires consent. The researchers inquired of the participant’s
approval regarding the open ended questionnaire a printed consent that was signed
by the researchers, consultants, subject teacher, and the school principal. The
consent contains the necessary information for the participants to know what
information they will provide. Then the researcher obtained the consent of the
participants by explaining the significant information of the research. The researcher
followed the guidelines.
3. Securing the confidentiality. In some instances, the participants were hesitant to
answer the questionnaires but as considering the ethics in the conduct of this study,
the researchers assured that their identities confidential to convince them to answer

the questionnaires, and asked them if he/she wants to answer the questionnaires in
the paper provide or through interview recorded, and asked for permission to take a
picture of him/her.
