1. Get two glasses. Label A and B.

2. Put 100 ml vinegar in a glass A. Then add 100ml of soy sauce in it.

3. Put 100ml vinegar in glass B. Then add 100ml oil in it.

4. Observe what happened in the mixture in glass A compared to glass B.
