2. Company Description

History

-May 2023 plastic problems in the Philippines according to Ateneo de Manila University

the Philippines is considered the third-largest contributor to plastic waste worldwide, contributing

to an estimated 0.75 million metric tons of ocean plastic every year. Dubbed as the “sachet

economy,” the Philippines is notorious for irresponsible trash haulers and open dump sites that

cause the plastic to spill into the seas. Contrary to popular belief, however, this waste is not

solely generated by the country alone. The Philippines is only one among the many Southeast

Asian countries that receive illegal imports of plastic waste from developed countries.

The urge to help group of Envergan students research and find ways to help lessen the

plastic waste that the country has, related to the students courses they come up on the idea of

plastic bricks. These bricks are mainly installed in pathways or path walks, the brick has

different properties compared to the traditional one and has a different design for easier and

faster installation. It is also lighter to deliver or move from place to place that can help the

workers to move and work faster and finish the project in a less amount of time.

Mission Statement

-To provide an innovative eco-friendly block to the market and help environment reduce

plastic waste in the country. Build and provide new and sustainable path walks to people, create

livelier and more colorful place that suits the environment. Manufacture high quality products

that can satisfy the need of costumers and can resist breaking or cracking of the bricks.

Vision goals

- To be the primary manufacturer of plastic bricks in the Philippines, be known not just in

- The Plactic Bricks Company can be located at Lucena City Quezon Province

Philippines.

3. Product Services

The Plastic Bricks produces construction materials utilizing plastic as substitute while

maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

In the end, we are selling construction supplies. We market dependability and assurance. We

offer small business owners the guarantee that their operations won’t experience construction

disasters or significant downtimes.

The Plastic Bricks serve as a reliable companion for their customers, providing them with the

cost-efficiency of a third-party vendor and the fidelity of a business partner. We make sure that

our clients have everything they need to manage their businesses as effectively and realistically

as possible. Because many of our information applications are mission-critical with the certainty

that we will be there for them when they need us.

4. Market Analysis

The establishment of marketing improvement has been part of the goal in order to

expand the growth of the business's success in the market. Ample planning and gathering of

strategies may result in preparedness in taking action to overcome such struggles. The

incredible growth of the business has also been greatly supported by an enormous rise in

consumer confidence; however, inconsistent performance in these drivers has led to moderately

constrained revenue growth.

The increase in revenue will be shown through the promotion of design and material

demand in accordance with the market value of the product. Contribution not only to the

market’s customers but also to the environment by providing a form of aid for its overall health.

Profit margins will remain flat as similar material supply stores maintain prices low to attract

more sales amid increasing competition.

The business activity reveals that the real market for product materials such as bricks

has suffered greatly as a result of the recent economic downturn. Demand for products that

possess environmental benefits will attract customers' interest, therefore increasing market

value. As part of their marketing initiative, Plastic Bricks interacts with key players in the

construction and real estate industries.

5. Strategy And Implementation

The Plastic Bricks plans to advertise the product thru the use of social media platforms

also called as social media marketing as a way to reach its target and potential customers. The

platforms that will be focused on are Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Tiktok. With this strat-

egy, it will create a sense of familiarity which will make our product the reliable option in terms of

using bricks for sidewalks. To make the product’s selling growth and market stability continuous,

our company will compensate customers for referral sales and create first time buying promos

customer want to return and buy again for the next projects. The company will also offer loyalty

promos which will give price percentage off for returning customers which will only encourage

even more repeat business transactions.

To ensure the quality of our product, The Plastic Bricks will work with the production

crew, engineers, and architects to make sure that the products remain enticing and applicable

for different implementations. The company will also gather feedbacks from customers so that

we can identify the errors and the different ways we can improve our product even more. In the

future as our business expands, the market will become even more familiar with our product

which will make it a household name, a staple product in terms of bricks used on different

projects.
