 Shape of lifting load.
Examples : Locate above tank sump.
 Lifting load point need.
Action taken : Wet & place fire blanket on tank sump
 Potential of load slip.
Location of LORRY TANK.  Potential of equipment
Observe nearest obstacle affected zone 1 (in swing fail.
area).  Impact radius if fail.
Examples : Slinging wire rope near vent pipe (<2M)  Overhead & ground
obstacles.
