A. Reviewing the previous lesson KRA 5: Objective 5: Established safe and secure learning
or presenting the new lesson environments to enhance learning through the consistent
(ELICIT) implementation of policies, guidelines and procedures.

The students will recall the previous topic about First-Aid for
Common Unintentional Injuries.

Activity Title: I am a First-Aider Of Course ________


Directions: The students will recall the first-aid of the
following injuries and state the line: I am a first-aider of
course________________.

1) Heat Exhaustion
2) Chemical Burns
3) Food Poisoning
B. Establishing a purpose for the
lesson (ENGAGE) KRA 2: Objective 6: Maintained learning environments that promote
fairness, respect and care to encourage learning.

Activity Title: “Strike a Pose” (Kerin mo yan teh!)

Directions: The students will be grouped into three and should


imitate the following pictures below. Students have 20 seconds to
properly strike a pose and will pause when the teacher says
“Freeze”. The group that will win the game will have a prize.

Directions: Read the statements and questions carefully and identify the
two truths and one lie. Students will work with the same group. Students
will raise their flashcards.

Directions: Pass the box among the students while singing a song and
answer the questions according to the side held when the teacher says
stop.

2) Give concrete scenarios where you can use the types of
transporting.
3) How can you share these transporting techniques in your
community?

Activity Title: Pick and Carry


Directions: The class will be divided into three groups. One from the
group will act as a victim. The strips of the paper in which different types
of carrying and transporting the victim are written. Students will pick one
strip and think of a short scenario with the type of transporting to be
