A. ENGAGE 1. The students will watch the video how to response on emergency
situation and how to apply Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation(CPR)
2. Ask the students of what they observed on the video.
3. Process the idea of the student base on what they observed in the
video.
B. PRESENTATION 1. What would be our lesson for today based on the video you watch?
2. Flash the word Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation(CPR)
C. EXPLAIN Show the PPT and discuss the steps in assessing emergency situations.

D. ELABORATE 1. Why is it important to assess the situation first before responding to

emergency situations
2. Is Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation important to learn even you’re not
medical employee?
3. Activity (SURVEY OF THE SCENE AND THE VICTIMS
Have student write the step by step on before responding on
 emergency situation.
Debrief: Student may realize that sometimes we cannot respond in all
emergency situation for our own safety and sometimes we just need to
call the professional to handle the emergency situation.
E. APPLICATION GROUP ACTIVITY: The student will group into 5 to demonstrate how to
properly conduct the Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation(CPR)
F. EVALUATION Students will write the summary on how to apply Cardio Pulmonary
Resuscitation in emergency situation.
G. ASSIGNMENT 1. Research about dressing and bandages in applying First Aid.
2. Why is it important to follow the proper procedure in assessing emergency?
