machine is cranked to the recommended value.

b) WARNING
High oil pressure and hazardous substances.
Splashing oil may cause serious eye injuries.
Wear eye protection and protective gloves.
Visually ensure that no leakage appears from the hydraulic oil hoses before
opening the RH door to the jaws or the final folder.
c) Place a container under the cutting jaw to collect the oil.
d) Carefully loosen the screws (1), and bleed the cutting mechanism on the RH
side. Do not remove the screws (1) fully.
e) CAUTION
Risk of personal injury.
Do not overtighten the screws (1). Check Instructions in Hydraulic Performance
TeM.
Tighten the screws (1).
f) Check for oil leakages.
g) Close the door and crank to 241°.

a) Remove the cover (1).
b) Loosen the nut (2).
c) Set distance A by turning the threaded sleeve (3) to A = 105 ±1 mm.
d) Tighten the nut (2) and attach the cover (1).

Parallelism
a) Crank until the station chain stops indexing.
b) Loosen the nuts (5) and set the side lugs (7) in their outer position. Tap on the
locking pin (4) to free the eccentric axle pin (6).
c) Actuate hydraulic valve (9) Y42 with the aid of the locking clamp.
d) Set the side lugs parallel with the station chain (8) using the locking pin (4).
Tighten the nuts (5).
e) Set the cooling pipes as close to the side lugs (7) as possible.
Note! Make sure all cooling pipes are clear.

f) Loosen the screws (10). Set the side lugs (7) symmetrically ± 0.2 mm between

possible.
e) On the TPOP setting and information service unit left menu, press the manual
hydraulic pump button (9) and then the start button (10) to start the hydraulic
pump.

outer position and tighten the screws.

n) Use the eccentric axle pin (6) and the locking pin (4) to set the side lugs (7)
parallel with the station. Tighten the nuts (5).
o) Set the folding bar cooling pipes (16) as far out as possible without touching the
side lugs at any point. Set the cooling pipes by gently bending them.

p) On the TPOP setting and information service unit left menu, press the manual
hydraulic pump button (17) and then the stop button (18) to start the stop pump.
q) Press the step down button.

d) Check orientation, change the position of the screw, so that oil is bleeding
toward the hot air element.

Set Rails
a) Raise the pivot frame and loosen the screws (2).
b) Position the template (3) against the blocking piece (1), see the table below for
the correct width B.

c) Set the rails (4) to make light contact with the template.
d) Move the template forward and backward on the blocking piece and make sure
the rails are parallel with the blocking piece. Tighten the screws (2).
e) Remove the template and lower the pivot frame.
f) Tighten the screws to the pull-down arms.

a) Crank until the station chain stops indexing.
b) See the table below, and select the correct template. Raise the pivot frame and
place the template (3) in the station chain, centered underneath the blocking
piece.

a) Set power and water to On.
b) Actuate hydraulicvalve (9) Y41 using the locking clamp.
c) Put a piece of metal (10), thickness 1.25 mm, in the station at the front edge of
the pull-down arms.
d) Loosen the screws and shift the arms (8) to make contact with the piece of
metal.
e) Remove the piece of metal and the locking clamp. Set the service switch to
position Off. Turn Off cooling water and switch Off power.

j) Gently tilt down the frame assembly. Make sure that the blocking piece (10)
meets the template (5) correctly.
k) Loosen the four screws (9) and use the template (5) to centre the cylinder
assembly over the station chain.
l) Tighten the four screws (9) .
m) Set the rails (2) against the template. Move the template forward and backward
on the blocking piece and make sure that the rails are parallel with the blocking

and then the stop button (14) to stop the hydraulic pump.

a) Remove the cover (1).
b) Loosen the nut (2).
c) Set distance A by turning the threaded sleeve (3) to A = 105 ±1 mm.
d) Tighten the nut (2) and attach the cover (1).

Set Rails
a) Raise the pivot frame and loosen the screws (2).
b) Position the template (3) against the blocking piece (1), see the table below for
the correct width B.

c) Set the rails (4) to make light contact with the template.
d) Move the template forward and backward on the blocking piece and make sure
the rails are parallel with the blocking piece. Tighten the screws (2).
e) Remove the template and lower the pivot frame.
f) Tighten the screws to the pull-down arms.

Pull-down Arms
a) Crank until the station chain stops indexing.
b) See the table below, and select the correct template. Raise the pivot frame and
place the template (3) in the station chain, centered underneath the blocking
piece.

Vertically
a) Set power and water to On.
b) Actuate hydraulicvalve (9) Y41 using the locking clamp.
c) Put a piece of metal (10), thickness 1.25 mm, in the station at the front edge of
the pull-down arms.
d) Loosen the screws and shift the arms (8) to make contact with the piece of
metal.
e) Remove the piece of metal and the locking clamp. Set the service switch to
position Off. Turn Off cooling water and switch Off power.

Set Rails
a) Raise the pivot frame and loosen thescrews (2).
b) Position the template (4), see the table, against the blocking piece (1).
c) Set therails (3) so that they touch the template (4) lightly.
d) Move the template (4) forward and backward on the blocking piece and make
sure the rails (3) are parallel with the blocking piece (1). Tighten the screws (2).

Remove the template (4) and lower the pivot frame.
f) Tighten the screws (2).
