The TAU GAMMA PHI, Triskelion Grand Fraternity of Castillan Community Chapter with the power upon
its officers and in agreement with the Chapter’s House Rule and Regulation and the Tenets and Code of
Conduct hereby declared that Bro. DEXTER DELACRUZ will be suspended indefinitely as his sanction for
violating the Chapter’s House Rule and Regulation The tenets and Code of Conduct

During His Suspension

 He must co-operate for our investigation and of requested, attend investigatory interview and
disciplinary hearing.
 He is prohibited to attend all TRISKELION gatherings, meetings and acts other than for
investigation purposes and quorums in relation to the case filed against you more so.
 He is prohibited from performing TRISKELION HAND SHAKE with active triskelion and Wearing
Fraternal suits
