Reflection Paper on the Full Interview of Ramon S. Ang with Ka Tunying

Throughout the interview conducted by Ka Tunying with Ramon S. Ang, I have

learned a lot of valuable insights into Ramon's experiences and perspectives in
success. This reflection paper aims to delve deeper into the interview and extract a
moral lesson that can be applied to our own lives.

I was impressed on how unique Ramon's mindset when it comes to success. For
him, success is not measured by financial gains or societal status but by the level of
happiness he experiences when helping others whose in needs and contributing to the
economy. Unlike many who view wealth as a measure of personal success, he sees it
as a tool for uplifting others. Despite of being one of the richest man in the Philippines
he remained humble to everyone and stay simple the way he dress and treat his
workers. His unwavering commitment on helping others serves as a lesson for all
individuals, reminding us that money is meant to share it to others and help less
fortunate. We need to learn how to share our blessings to those who needs the most.

He expressed a strong sense of social responsibility and the importance of giving

back to society. He emphasized the need for successful individuals to use their
resources and influence to make a positive difference in the lives of others. This
resonates deeply, reminding us of our obligation to contribute to the betterment of our
communities.

In a world driven by materialistic ambitions, the mindset of measuring success

through happiness derived from helping others and contributing to the economy is truly
inspiring. Ramon's journey serves as a reminder that true fulfillment lies in making a
positive impact on the lives of others, while also fostering economic prosperity. By
embracing this mindset, we can collectively redefine success and create a more
compassionate and inclusive society.

There are a lot of moral lessons that I have realized after watching the interview
which I will always remember as I grow older. The first one is if there is a way to help
others even it is small thing I won’t hesitate to help whose in needs. Second is instead
of pointing or blaming others, it is better to help each other and work as one to solve the
problem. Lastly, building a good relationship with others, where ever we go, having a
good companionship is really a treasure.
