MSPC attains 3 Stars in SBM WinS

Malinao School for Philippine Craftsmen achieves a rating of 3 stars on the conducted on-site
validation for its implementation and observance of SBM-WinS in the key areas of water,
sanitation, and hygiene.

MSPC’s accomplishment of being a high-rated SBM-WinS implementer has caused the school
to be lauded, which stems from the positive and noteworthy comments from the evaluators that
have ensured that the school was deserving of the points earned.

“Thank you everyone for the usual cooperation and with great love in doing our tasks.
Everything goes smoothly,” said the school principal, Mrs. Jocelyn Nillasca, as she expressed
her appreciation for the cooperative effort done from preparation up until the evaluation.

Reaching an overall 3-star rating in SBM WinS is yielded from the efforts of the school technical
working groups being led by the SBM-WinS Coordinator, Mrs. Lucel R. Barrientos, together with
school leaders, Mrs. Jocelyn N. Nillasca and Engr. Maribel I. Palomo.

The success of the school’s collaborative action is realized via the application of the spirit of
One Vision, One Mission - One Artisano.

SBM-WinS secures access to adequate water supply, functional toilets, proper handwashing
facilities and effective hygiene promotion. Assuring a safe and conductive learning environment
at school is the objective of this activity.
