In my case, it is not effective because even if we have seminars and trainings, CPD units are
not accepted. I had a “paid” International Training last time and it was acknowledged by
NEAP and DepEd but when I asked the PRC during y renewal of my license, they did not
accept the CPD units because it is not in their record. I just wasted my money and time on
that. They should have proper communication with the concern agencies so that we can use
our trainings as PD units.
