1. In my opinion PPG Program is such a great breakthrough. I think this program is one of
the solution to improve teacher competence, and also this program designed as a
preparation to be competent and professional teachers. Because in this program the
participant learn how to do productive learning process, designed planning and
developing material, and also master in professional teaching.

2. In my mind Indonesia Mengajar is a program that is intended for teacher with desire and
hero spirit. Which is this only selected person that can followed IM. Actually IM
Volunteer and PPG program are best in teaching student. But if should choose I will say
that IM Volunteer is more credible in teaching student. Because it is not easy to fulfill the
person criteria to be IM Volunteer. So like what i said previously, only people with
strong will take consequences in teaching student in isolated place.

3. In my opinion there are some way to improve teachers’ professionalism. First, teachers or
teacher candidate should take higher education like PPG or any others governments’
program to improve their profesionalisme. Second, teacher may follow seminar or
training to improve hard and soft skill to be more professional. Third, government also
must give attention to teacher prosperous with rise their salary or benefit. Fourth teacher
should conduct scientific research on a regular time in order improve literacy skill.
