saving lives and reducing healthcare costs. AI-powered financial systems can help investors
make better decisions, reducing the risk of financial crises. AI-powered transportation

In addition, AI can help us tackle some of the world's most pressing problems, such as
climate change and poverty. For example, AI-powered energy systems can help us transition
to a sustainable energy future, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and slowing down climate

On the other hand, AI also poses significant risks to human society. AI can be used to

B. Translate the following passage into English ( 30 marks)

Kinh tế Việt Nam đang có những chuyển biến tích cực trong những năm gần đây. Tuy nhiên,
vẫn còn nhiều thách thức cần phải vượt qua như tình trạng nợ công cao, kém cạnh tranh,
thiếu vốn đầu tư, chênh lệch phát triển giữa các khu vực, đô thị và nông thôn. Ngoài ra , tình
trạng đóng băng của thị trường bất động sản ,sự bất an của người dân khi mua trái phiếu
doanh nghiệp , tình trạng thất nghiệp gia tăng do xuất khẩu giàm sút , tất cả khiến sức mua
người dân trở nên yếu ớt , không vực dậy thị trường được .
Để giải quyết những vấn đề này, chính phủ cần đưa ra các chính sách và biện pháp thích hợp,
tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho các doanh nghiệp phát triển, nâng cao năng lực cạnh tranh và thúc
