1. In view of the absence of the Undersigned due to the travel to attend the 20th
National Convention and Seminar - Workshop Organized by the National
Organization of Professional Teachers,INC.(NOPTI) Regional PESPA Convention, you
are hereby designated as SCHOOL’S OFFICER-IN-CHARGE (OIC) today March 18 ,
2024.

2. As School’s OIC, you are advised to perform the following functions:

a. Ensure the smooth operations of the school;
b. Monitor and supervise the teachers and students in the implementation
of curriculum and instructions;
c. Ensure the safety of students, teachers, and personnel while in school;
d. Assist the school teachers and personnel on their needs;
e. Sign routinary office documents except financial matters; and
f. Does other related tasks in constant coordination with school head.

3. This designation which is in addition to the duties and functions of your

present position shall not entail additional compensation and shall take effect on
the date/s specified above.
