    1. In the exigency of the service, Mrs. Rovelyn T. Delgado, Teacher III, is hereby
    designated as the Officer-In-Charge,while the Teacher- In-Charge is in
    Official Business.
    2. With consultation and confirmation, he also authorized to sign communications,
    memoranda, reports, vouchers and other documents normally signed by the TIC.
    3. She is expected to perform routine duties of the TIC, except concerning policy
    matters and promotion.
    4. Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
