+ sauna 7€/hour and washing machine if used 10€/month
Linen package 10€/month/person
These costs should be paid together with the rent.

The rent should be paid in advance monthly or when you arrive.

DEPOSIT: 350€

The deposit will be paid back when the rental term has finished and all the obligations
have been fulfilled by the tenant. The apartment has to be cleaned properly according the
Finnish standard. All the cleaning costs will be drawn off the deposit if needed.

RULES:
The tenants are obliged to take good care of the apartment during the rental time. The
lessor should be informed about Every damage or trouble , otherwise the tenants will be
responsible of also the damages which they did not cause.
Smoking is prohibited in the house and even in the front of the house.
The tenants also commit to take care of the weekly cleaning and also leave the house
clean and tidy after the rental time.

The stairs and common space needs to be cleaned with a brush or vacuum cleaner once
a week according to the list 1.
The tenant is obliged to work away the snow on the given weeks (list 2).

This rental agreement will be sent to the tenant.

By reading this and approving it by email as well as by paying the first rent and the
deposit the rental agreement will become actual and legal.
