WORK EXPERIENCE
• Implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), ensuring adherence to Agile principles and
practices while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement (PI Planning, System
Demo, I&A).
• Facilitating Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives,
promoting transparency, inspection, and adaptation to drive iterative development and delivery.
• Collaborating with PM & POs and Stakeholders to refine the product backlog, prioritize features, and

within the team, leveraging metrics and retrospective insights to drive iterative enhancements in
performance, quality, and delivery.
• Agile Transformation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for transitioning the
organization from traditional project management methodologies to agile frameworks. Define clear
goals, milestones, and success criteria.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including leadership, teams, and cross-
functional departments, to build awareness and understanding of the benefits and impact of agile
methodologies. Foster a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Training and Education: Design and deliver training programs to educate teams and individuals on
agile principles, values, and practices. Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to support the
effective adoption of agile methods.
• Change Management: Develop and implement change management plans to address resistance and
ensure a smooth transition. Identify and mitigate potential challenges, promoting a positive mindset
towards agile transformation.
