Abstract:
The present study aims to identify the
supervisory style of school principals and
its relation to the performance of teachers in
the primary schools of Al-Tarf State. The
sample of the study was in primary
education teachers in Al-Tarif state. In
order to verify the objectives of the study,
The performance of teachers who are
subject to a democratic supervisory pattern
decreases. The performance of teachers
who are subject to the autocratic
supervisory style decreases. The negative
supervision pattern prevails when teachers
perform poorly.
