Guidelines
 Create an exercise routine that focuses on core stability. The following must be seen in the performance but not limited to adding
other exercises: plank, side plank, glute bridge, and bird dogs.
 Each group shall consist of members that are assigned to their group with the same code.
 Harmful and fragile props such as knives, glass, fire, and other dangerous materials are STRICTLY PROHIBITED, the group that
fails to follow will be deducted 5 points on the overall average score. They are only allowed to use yoga/exercise mats.
 The exercise routine and music shall consist of 3 minutes as a minimum and 4 minutes as a maximum.
 Each group is required to wear any attire that is appropriate for Physical Education performances.
 Failure to follow the above guidelines and mechanics will be subject to a deduction of points.
