2. Berdasarkan mesyuarat tapak pada 25 Ogos 2023 bertempat di Bilik Jentayu, Tingkat
17, Sunway Putra Tower, pihak kami dicadangkan untuk membuat kerja tambahan iaitu
peralihan kabel sedia ada di tapak bina. Laluan kabel tersebut adalah dari Pencawang Utama 8
(PE 8) ke bilik elektrik Jabatan Radiologi Aras 1 Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL).

3. Berikut dilampirkan reka bentuk dan anggaran harga untuk kerja-kerja tambahan bagi
pengalihan kabel yang disahkan oleh pihak konsultant elektrik. Kerja – kerja tambahan ini
akan di jalankan setelah mendapat kelulusan / arahan bertulis daripada pihak tuan.
