Facilitate Training Session (FLS) Script

Pre- activities

 Good Morning everyone. New trainees welcome to NONESCOST training center for Organic Agriculture
Production NC II.
Prayer:
 To start with our session, let us pray to be led by Ms. Lyka Flores
Recap:
 Let us hear what happened in our previous session. Ms. Alingasa can you recap our previous session?.
Unfreezing:
 For us to be energized. Karl Ysulan will give us an unfreezing activity.

Checking of Attendance:
 This time I will be checking your attendance. Please say present to be recognized. ( Call names, refer to
Training matrix).
Assigning of workplaces
 Now, I will be assigning your workplaces and tasks,
 New trainees Bulao, Patigas, Patrombon, and Encarnacion, retain here in the Contextual Learning
Area for 1 hr.
 Old trainees Alingasa, Esteves,Flores, Ysulan, and Magdali proceed to the Learning Resource Area.
Kindly read the Information Sheet no.3.2-1. Then answer self check and compare your answer with
the answer key for 1 hr.
 You Alingasa, Jean (trainee/s ready for institutional assessment) you may practice at home and come
back at 1:00 PM for your institutional assessment.

New trainees Orientation

 Again, welcome new trainees


Recognition of prior learning ( RPL):
 May I know if you have any idea of a competency-based training(CBT)? How about skill in Organic Agriculture
Production NC II. If you have, pls present a valid portfolio, certificates or any certification that you possessed
those skills.
-Trainee’s characteristics
This is a trainee’s characteristic instrument. This is a tool to know your characteristics a s a learner.
-Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
 Here is the self assessment check list. Kindly check yes for those unit of competencies that you think you are
competent with and no if not. This is to identify your training needs for me to give you the appropriate
module to start for this training.
 This time we will have a Learning Style Quiz (provide the result of the Learning Style Quiz)

CBT Orientation
 (Present and discuss the powerpoint presentation)
Tour on different areas of training
Pre-test
 This time I will give a pretest on how far you know about the content of this training.

 (New trainees) you may go home and come for our session tomorrow
 (Old trainees) How are you? Did you finish reading the Information Sheet no.3.1-1? Did you answer the self
check and compare your answer with the answer key? This time proceed to the Computer Laboratory to
watch video about methods of preparing raw materials..
 (Present the video clip)

 Let us proceed to the practical work area.
 I will be demonstrating your task on how to prepare composting area and preparing raw materials
 ( Discuss steps/procedures). (Present at least 4 or more visual aids)

 This time, I want you to perform by practicing your Task /Operation/Job Sheet no.3.1-1 and compare your
answer using Performance Criteria Checklist on no.3.1-1.
 (Assist trainees and perform on going feed backing)

 It’s about time to take your lunch pls come back at 1 PM to continue your task.

 (Proceed to the Institutional Assessment Area)
 How are you Magdali? Are you ready to take the institutional assessment for Producing Organic Fertilizer ,
Prepare Composting Area and Raw Materials ?
 For you to pass this institutional assessment, You need to pass the written test, oral questioning and
demonstration.
Written Test
 This time please answer your written test for about 30 minutes.
 (Gather the written test)
Performance test(demonstration)
 Here is your specific instruction, Pls read.
 You may now perform your performance test
 (Ask at least 3 questions related to the performance test)
Oral Questioning
 (Ask higher order thinking skills question, at least 3-Why, How, What if questions )
Feedbacking
 Based on the evidences gathered, you got perfect for your written test, you performed all the given tasks
and demonstrated it correctly. You also answered most of the question correctly. With those evidences, the
result of your assessment is COMPETENT. You satisfactorily performed all the tasks given and you may now
proceed to the next LO.
 I will record this to our Progress Chart and Achievement Chart.

 You may now proceed to the Contextual Learning Area for our Session Evaluation pls wait because I need to
check the other trainees.

 Are you done with your tasks? Let me check your work. Bulao, Show me how you did your Task
/Operation/Job Sheet. Ok very good. Be ready for your institutional assessment next meeting. How about
you Patiga, Let me see how you work with your Task /Operation/Job Sheet. Ok, it seems that you need
practice. You do it again tomorrow.
