GENERAL SAFETY RULES AND LABORATORY REGULATION FIRE/EMERGENCY ESCAPE ROUTE

1. Students are NOT allowed to use all laboratory facilities

WITHOUT permission from laboratory assistant.
2. Usage of laboratory are as follows:
Monday-Friday : 9:00am-12:00pm/1:00-4:00pm
3. Students are NOT allowed to take any equipment out from
the laboratory WITHOUT permission from laboratory
assistant.
4. Software installation in any computers in the laboratory is
NOT allowed WITHOUT permission from laboratory
assistant.
5. Be aware of the location of the emergency switch buttons
which can be used to cut of the power supply in the
laboratory.
6. Aware of the location of the fire extinguishing equipment
and the fire alarm in the laboratory.
7. Aware of the location of first aid kit.
8. Any defective equipment or problem or accident should
be promptly reported to laboratory assistant.
9. Please confirm your attendance in log book.
10. No food or drink is allowed in the laboratory.
11. Observe proper dress code:
• Wear shoes at all time in the laboratory.
FIRE ALARM EVACUATION POLICY
• No slippers or sandals are allowed.
• No short pants, no spaghetti top is allowed. • Never ignore or assume the alarm is false or the

NOTICES TO STUDENT • Everyone must evacuate the building by way of

you are told to do so by the department of
school management.
DRESS CODE EXIT RULES TO SAFE AREA

• Do not panic
• Do not push others
• Do not make noise
• Do not retrieve items which has left behind
• Do walk to safe area in a calm manner
