Dear Ms. Sydgi:

Hope you are doing well. I am writing you summary of the sustainability policy implementation
plan, obstacles, risk reduction from obstacles, and resource procurement are as follows.

According to the development plan for implementing the organization's sustainability policy, The
emphasis is placed on allowing stakeholders to participate in expressing opinions and
participating in development, making the planning of the said event meet the goals. In addition,
digital marketing media has been used to spread news about the sustainability policy plan. To
allow employees to access information easily and quickly and save operating costs. Promote
collaboration and drive sustainability operations to meet goals and plans efficiently.

The possible barriers to implementation

1. Purchases of technology, tools, equipment, and materials that are too costly for a project are
not approved by management.
2. The future will bring about changes in uncontrollable external factors like laws and
regulations.
3. Project discontinuity may result from employee resignations and the hiring of new personnel.

Approaches to decrease the probability of barriers
1. Department of Purchasing for supplies, machinery, and technology needed for the project.
To get the best value and quality at the lowest possible price, they must compare and locate
several providers that can help make the management decision easier.
2. By making continuous improvements, the organization can lessen the change effects of
potential future external factors that are beyond its control.
3. In the case of new hires, regular staff training can minimize project disruptions.

Establish a search strategy by deciding what data we require and where to look for it.
1. books
2. Newspapers, Magazines, and Journals
3. internet page
