Data Gathering Procedure:

Kabir (2016) defined data collection as the step-by-step process of the study
crucial in gaining insights according to the interest of the research body. This
methodical procedure sought to gather quality information to answer research
questions gleaned, test the hypotheses, and evaluate outcomes in a way that creates
significant value.

After the research instructor validated the topic, standardized tool, and
questionnaires– the researchers then proceeded to establish communication with the
potential participants to ask their permission through informed consent. For the
participants who disagreed, researchers respected their decision and looked for a
substitute. However, as for the respondents who agreed, they moved past the
screening test to determine if they possessed the criteria set. After the quotas for ICT
participants were met, they, then continued to take the questionnaire provided by the
researchers. The helping hand, appreciated – proponents expressed their sincerest
gratitude for their participation. Lastly, gathered data are subject to analysis.
