RESOLUTION NO. 01, SERIES OF 2024

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE THREE-YEAR COMMUNITY-BASED

DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT PLAN (CBDRRMP) 2024-
2026 OF BARANGAY SIMBUCO, KOLAMBUGAN, LANAO DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, as provided by the Republic Act No. 10121, known as the Philippine
Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Act of 2010, every Local Government Unit
(LGU) is tasked to create a Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan
(LDRRMP) which cover the four (4) thematic areas of Disaster Risk Reduction and
Management, namely (1) Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, (2) Disaster
Preparedness, (3) Disaster Response and Early Recovery, and (4) Disaster
Rehabilitation and Recovery.
WHEREAS, the CBDRRM Plan outlines the activities aimed at strengthening the
capacity of the Barangay Simbuco, Kolambugan, Lanao del Norte to build disaster
resilience;

WHEREAS, the BDRRMC of Barangay Simbuco, Kolambugan, Lanao del Norte, after
careful study and deliberation on the plan prepared, deemed it appropriate to
approve the Community-Based Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan 2024-
2026.

NOW THEREFORE, on the motion of BDC Member Jessity B. Otero, duly seconded
by all BDC Members present, be it---

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the Community-Based

Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan 2024-2026 of Barangay Simbuco,
Kolambugan. Lanao del Norte.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to all concerned

authorities for their information, guidance and appropriate action.

APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY this day of March 15th, 2024 at Barangay

Simbuco, Kolambugan, Lanao del Norte.
