Reflection Essay on Position Paper

Academic writing imparts some important concepts that are applicable to many different

areas. I come to learn the value of in-depth, critical study by pushing myself to carefully evaluate

sources and carefully synthesize data. The assignment emphasizes the need of logically

organizing information to improve understanding and the need of accurate citation to maintain

academic integrity and credibility. In addition, I learned the need of adjusting communication

styles to suit various academic fields and stresses the requirement of utilizing feedback to polish

and enhance work. These abilities show how academic research talents are widely applicable

because they not only improve academic success but are also very useful in professional settings.

This will be useful going forward in any path I choose throughout my career.

You can develop vital writing abilities by writing a research analysis essay, which can

help you write a compelling researched position essay. The analysis essay teaches you how to

identify reliable sources and collect data accurately, which is essential for building a strong case

in the position essay. By analyzing diverse opinions, you also enhance your critical thinking

stay organized with my sources and their stances. Moreover, the process of formulating and

clear communication, such as those in academia, the workplace, and personal relationships.

Having a meeting with Dr. Nelson was essential to improving my position paper. Her
