SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS:

THAT WE, STEFAN F. CICHONSKI (British) and ANADELLA G. TUBAN

(Filipino), both of legal age, married and with residence in Limestone,Tennessee, U.S.A.,
have named, constituted and appointed and by these presents do hereby name, constitute
and appoint, JOSIE T. TAHAD, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single, and resident of
Oyo Torong St., Poblacion, Kalibo, Aklan, Philippines to be our true and lawful
Attorney-in-Fact,
ANADELLA G. TUBAN for us and in our name, place and stead, to do and perform the
following particular acts and things, to wit:

1. To represent us and appear on our behalf in any case involving the issues we had with
Preciosa Tuban particularly the processing of the agreed sale of several parcels of
land situated in Afga Tangalan, Aklan to which we already paid in the amount P1.25
million pesos including processing fees;

2. To sign in the Complaint or Answer, Verification and Certification against Non-

forum Shopping, Amended Complaint or Answer, and/or compromise agreement, if
any;

3. To file a case and represent me in court, administrative tribunals, barangay, and other
agencies concerned relating to whatever civil, criminal, and/or administrative cases
that may be filed against any persons, government agencies, private entities
concerned with respect to the transact we had with said Preciosa Tuban or with
respect to any properties, both real and personal, to which I have interests located in
Aklan and in all my other properties situated in the Philippines;

4. To attend during mediation, JDR, pre-trial, and in all stages of the proceedings

the aforesaid cases as well as to testify on my behalf, to negotiate, to enter
into amicable settlement, to submit alternative modes of dispute resolution and to
make admissions or stipulations of facts and documents without further consultation
from me; and

5. To prepare, sign, acknowledge, execute submit, transact, process and/or receive or

request pertinent documents to be required before the Municipal/Provincial Assessor,
Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Municipal Local Civil
Registrar, Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR),
and in any government/ private agencies concerned and to perform such other
functions necessary to carry out the purpose of the foregoing act.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-fact full power and

authority to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever require and necessary to be
done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do
if personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact
shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
