X. Rationale:

Conducting a showcase of talent serves as a platform to celebrate and highlight the

diverse skills and abilities of individuals within a community. The essence of such an event lies
in several key aspects: Talent showcases provide an opportunity to celebrate the diversity of
talents within a group or community, recognizing and appreciating the unique skills that
individuals bring.
It also creates a positive and supportive environment where individuals feel encouraged to
share their skills without judgment. It promotes a sense of community and inclusivity.
Participating in such activity can boost individuals' confidence and self-esteem as they receive
recognition and support for their abilities. It encourages a positive self-image. Talent showcases
often include cultural performances, helping to preserve and promote cultural traditions through
various artistic expressions like music, dance, or drama.
Thus, the Supreme Secondary Learners Government will conduct Lapuz National High
School Day dubbed as Kaambungan: Festival of Talents, Beauty and Creativity this is all about
creating a space for individuals to express themselves, fostering a positive and inclusive environment,
celebrating diversity, and building a stronger sense of community through the appreciation of various skills
and abilities.

XI. Terminal Objective:

 To conduct Lapuz National High School Day dubbed as Kaambungan:

Festival of Talents, Beauty and Creativity.
 To celebrate and highlight the diverse skills and abilities of individuals
within a community.

XII. Enabling Objectives:

 To showcase students’ talents and skills through various activities.

XIII. Expected Outputs:

 Students showcased their talents in different events. Various shows are

presented that unleashes students’ potential.

XIV. Activity Description:

 A one day activity consisting of various competition such as booths,
parade, mass dance, pageants and other socio-cultural activities.
XV. Performance Indicators:
a. Students participated in LNHS Day Kaambungan: Festival
of Talents, Beauty and Creativity.
b. The activity adheres with Mission, Vision and Core Values
of the DepEd.
