RESOLUTION NO. 3 S. 2024
A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THE SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PLAN TO
THE LOCAL SCHOOL BOARD
Date: April 01, 2024
WHEREAS, Engr. J&F Vallarta Integrated School, hereby referred to as EJ&F
VIS, is committed to offering quality education to its pupils, establishing a
conducive learning atmosphere, and consistently enhancing its educational
programs and facilities;
WHEREAS, The EJ&FVIS School Governing Council (SGC), which is composed
of committed faculty, administration, parents, and community members, has
worked hard to create a thorough School Improvement Plan (SIP) that will
address the school's changing needs and obstacles;
WHEREAS, The SIP of EJ&FVIS includes a range of school development
activities, such as programs for community participation, infrastructural
upgrades, teacher professional development, and curriculum enhancement;
WHEREAS,In order to get the intended results, the SGC of EJ&FVIS has caref
ully evaluated the school's current condition, pinpointed areas in need of devel
opment, and developed strategic goals and action plans;
WHEREAS, the goals of the EJ&FVIS SIP are in line with both the local school
board-established educational priorities and the national education policies
and guidelines;
WHEREAS, the entire school community will gain from the effective
implementation of the SIP of EJ&FVIS, which will greatly enhance educational
standards, student performance, and the school environment;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the School Governing Council of Engr.
J&F Vallarta Integrated School, that:
1. The Engineer's School Improvement Plan (SIP). The Local School Board is
hereby advised to approve J&F Vallarta Integrated School in its current
form.

2. The SGC of EJ&FVIS promises to work in tandem with the school

administration, educators, parents, students, and other pertinent stakeholders
to successfully execute the SIP.

3. The Local School Board may review and approve this resolution and the
corresponding SIP document upon submission by the SGC Chairperson.

4. In order to acknowledge their commitment, knowledge, and contributions to

the improvement of education at EJ&FVIS, the SGC extends its gratitude to all
individuals and organizations that were engaged in the creation of the SIP.

RESOLVED FURTHER, the Local School Board, the school administration,

and any relevant parties be sent copies of this resolution for their review and
further action.
Unanimously approved this 1st day of April 2024 at Engr. J&F Vallarta
Integrated School.
