Spirit Airlines offers a benefits package that provides health and financial security for you and your
family. This is a summary of the plans available to you.
Eligibility
You are eligible for benefits from your first day of employment. You may enroll your eligible dependents, including your
spouse/domestic partner and children in any of our benefit plans.

Medical Plans
You have a choice of 4 medical plan options. All plans pay 100% of the cost for preventive care. Take note of which expenses are
covered before or after the deductible when evaluating your options.

Dental Plans
Spirit Airlines offers three comprehensive dental plans for you and your family to choose from. Crew Team Members that enroll in
any Spirit sponsored medical plan can take advantage of selecting either the PPO or DMO dental plan at no cost. PPO Plus is also
available for election at a premium cost. Our dental plans pay 100% of the cost for routine checkups and share the cost with you
for most dental procedures.

Vision Plan
Our vision plan offers in-network and out-of-network
benefits to help you pay for the cost of routine eye exams,
glasses, and contacts. It pays for one eye exam a year and Disability Insurance
