community! With locations in Memphis, TN, and
Olive Branch, MS, they're here to ensure parking
regulations are enforced e ectively.

To prevent your vehicle from being towed, swing by
the o ce to pick up your parking decals. These
decals should be placed on the rear-view mirror of
your vehicle.
Please be aware that handicap parking spaces and
parking on grass areas are strictly prohibited. Any
violations will result in immediate towing.

To ensure smooth parking operations and
adherence to community guidelines, please
familiarize yourself with our tow codes. These codes
outline the approved reasons for which vehicles may
be towed from our property:
A - No valid permit (resident, tenant, or visitor).
B - Tow away zone (sign posted and/or pavement
markings).
C - Abandoned or parked in the same location for
longer than 48 hours (vehicles must be stickered for
a minimum of 24 hours before towing).
D - Parked in a designated re lane.
E - Security or Law Enforcement O cer request.
F - Flat tire(s) (vehicles must be stickered for a
minimum of 24 hours before towing).
G - No boats, trailers, campers, or motorhomes
allowed.
H - Management request.
I - Health hazard (e.g., leaking uids, full of trash or
hazardous bio).
J - Vehicle on jacks, blocks, missing wheels, major
parts, engine, or transmission.
K - No tractor trailer or large commercial vehicle
parking.
L - Parked on grass, o the pavement, or
landscaping.
M - Handicap violation (parked in handicap space
without permit or with expired permit).
N - Blocking driveway, aisle, or parked next to a red
curb.
O - Violation of "No After-Hours Parking" rule.
P - Hindering access (e.g., blocking
dumpster, building entrances, loading docks).
Q - Vehicle taking up two parking spaces.
R - For sale vehicle (tow immediately if parked
on front row facing the street with a for sale
sign).
S - Parked in reserved/assigned parking
space without permit.
T - Parked in a non-parking space primarily
used for pedestrian access.
U - Parked when posted for "NO PARKING
FOR ANYONE AT ANYTIME."
V-
W - Non-Resident (vehicle operator is not a
visitor of a Resident located on the property).
X - Parked on the sidewalk.
Y - Double parked behind another vehicle.
Z - Parked in Manager’s or maintenance
space (could be permitted resident/tenant or
guest).

regulations, we can create a safer environment for

To further enhance security measures, we have
implemented the following:
- **Security O cers:** Trained guards and o -duty
police o cers patrol the premises to prevent and
detect criminal activities such as intrusion,
unauthorized entry, larceny, vandalism, abuse, re, or
trespass on private property.
- **Prevention of Unauthorized Activity:** Security
personnel prevent, observe, and detect any
unauthorized activity on private property.
- **Enforcement of Rules and Laws:** Security o cers
enforce rules, regulations, and local or state laws on
private property.
- **Control of Public Movements:** Security personnel
regulate the ow and movements of the public,
whether by vehicle or otherwise, on private property.
- **Street Patrol Service:** Patrol services are
provided to ensure the safety of residents within and
around the community.
- **ID Check and Warrant Check:** Security personnel
conduct ID checks and warrant checks to ensure the
safety of residents and visitors.

Community Safe!
**Enforcement of Curfew:** A curfew of 8 PM for
children and 10 PM for adults is strictly enforced to
promote safety and deter criminal activity.
- **Restrictions on Guests:** Residents are reminded
that guests cannot loiter in breezeways or vehicles.
Those found in violation may be questioned, arrested,
or asked to leave the premises.
Last year alone, Memphis Police Dept. received over
200 dispatch calls for this location, highlighting the
importance of maintaining vigilance and adhering to
security protocols.
