Greetings!

The Special Program in the Arts will be in the last stage of the implementation of its milestone-oriented plan this
school year 2023-2024, and the preparatory activity will be the priority of this stage for school year 2024-2025, such
as the implementation of the recommendations based on the results of the evaluation for all learners enrolled in the
different specializations of this special program. Likewise, the number of learners previously enrolled will be
enumerated below:

Through the above data, it has been realized that the program needs intervention to increase the number of learners
to be enrolled for the succeeding school year for the full implementation of all specializations required in the
guidelines. Career guidance is the proposed activity to be conducted to address the said issue.

In this regard, we would like to ask permission from your reputable office to conduct the aforesaid proposed activity
and to request the technical support of the staff of the guidance office to realize our plan.
