V. Production Process
Our production process involves:
1. Prepare the Mr. Gulaman according to the manufacturer's instructions.
2. Combine the condensed milk, evaporated milk, and freshly brewed coffee
in a saucepan and heat until well-blended.
3. Slowly add the all-purpose cream and sugar, stirring constantly until the
mixture is smooth and the sugar has dissolved.
4. Carefully fold the Mr. Gulaman into the coffee-cream mixture, ensuring a
consistent and homogeneous texture.
5. Pour the coffee jelly mixture into individual serving cups or molds and
refrigerate until set, approximately 2-3 hours.
6. Garnish the chilled coffee jelly with a dollop of whipped cream or a sprinkle
of ground coffee, if desired.
7. Package the coffee jelly cups for sale or distribution.
