This business plan consists of five (5) parts:

First part is the company description which include the

mission, vision and objectives of the business.

The second part is the product description which described

the background of the study of the product. It also stated the

purpose, value and the benefits of the product to the target

market.

The third part is the marketing plan which include the

target market, pricing, advertising methods. It also includes

Organizational Plan.

The fourth part is operating plan which include the

ingredients, procedure and the steps in making the product.


The fifth part is the financial plan which outlines the

financial projections, funding requirements, and strategies for

managing finances.

frontiers of flavor combinations. They aim to create something

The group formulated some marketing strategies that will

help in the advertising of the product. The following are the

strategies that have been agreed upon and formulated:

The group will use the wide potential of technology, and

social media such as Facebook will be used to advertise the

product.

designs that attract attention and present the quality and

uniqueness of the product.

This shows who's the one who manages the business, and every

person's duty, contributions, and responsibilities in the overall

conditions of the business.

This business aims to enhance the skills of students of

Grade 12 STEM Ares in marketing production and strategies in

business operations.

Ingredients

“Banana Bar”

1 kilo saba banana

1 Ube Condensada

160g Cheese

½ cup powdered milk

⅓ cup sugar

1 cup of all-purpose flour

2 egg

1 cup bread crumbs

Fillings: Cheese (sliced into strips) and Ube Condensada

Steps:

1. In a bottom-heavy pot, place the bananas and fill with enough

water for boiling. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes at medium heat.


2. Take it off the heat and strain. Once it cools down slightly,

peel the bananas. Place them on a pan or plate and mash into a

smooth paste.

3. Place the mashed bananas into a bowl, add in powdered milk,

flour, and sugar. Mix well. Knead with your hands if the batter

feels too thick.

4. Grease hands or gloved hands with oil. Scoop around 2

tablespoons or more of the batter into your hands, flatten into a

circle before placing a slice of cheese.

5. Carefully wrap the batter from outwards to the middle molding

it into an oblong making sure the fillings are fully covered.

6. Prepare a plate with breadcrumbs. Fully coat the banana roll

in the breadcrumbs.

Repeat the process till there’s no batter left.

7. In a pan at medium-high heat, add enough oil for deep frying.

Once the oil is hot enough place in the banana rolls, cooking in

batches to avoid sticking with each other.

8. Flip once one side turns golden. After, place these in a

strainer or over a kitchen towel to strain excess oil.

9. Serve while it’s still warm and crisp!


Ingredients

“Coffee Jelly”

2 cups brewed coffee

2 pack coffee flavored gelatin

1 can condensed milk

1 can evaporated milk

¼ sugar

Steps:

1. In a pot, dissolve the 2 pack of gelatin powder in 2 liters of

hot water. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

2. Prepare 1 cups of strongly brewed coffee. Let the coffee cool

down to room temperature.

3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the brewed coffee, condensed

milk, and evaporated milk.


4. Pour the dissolved gelatin into the coffee and milk mixture.

Stir well to combine, ensuring that the gelatin is evenly

distributed

5. Pour the gelatin mixture into a square or rectangular

container. Allow it to cool to room temperature.

6. Once the coffee jelly has set, use a knife to cut the jelly

into small cubes.

7. Mix the 1st combined sweeten and the small jelly cubes.

 The two managers have a legal agreement to operate this

business as a part of the business, sharing responsibility

and tasks for day-to-day operations.

 From creating the specified product to product development,

each member has a specific role and responsibility.

 Employees and assistants have their own contributions or an

equal portion of the capital on profit or loss in addition

to the owner's share.

 When interacting with customers, employees of the company—

aside from assistants—must confer with the management.

 Finally, everyone ought to respect and care for one another

as equals.

C. Cost of Ownership

Each of the partnership shall contribute capital as of two

hundred fifty pesos (Php.250.00) in the ownership. This capital

is the start of the business as the total of five hundred pesos
