I hope this memorandum finds you well. I am attending a five-day training session from May 6-10.
During my absence, it is imperative to designate an Officer-in-Charge (OIC) to oversee the daily
operations and ensure smooth functioning of the school.

The responsibilities of the OIC include but are not limited to: Supervising daily administrative tasks,
including staff assignments and scheduling. Addressing any urgent matters that may arise during my
absence. Liaising with relevant departments and stakeholders as necessary. Making decisions on
matters that require immediate attention, consulting with me when necessary.

I have full confidence in your abilities to fulfill this role effectively. Kindly familiarize yourself with
the attached guidelines outlining your responsibilities as the School Designate Officer-in-Charge
(OIC).

2. Grade level chair is responsible to assign, manage and facilitate a smooth enrolment process for a
specific grade level. Sectioning must be heterogeneously done by the Grade level chair.
3. Submit names/lists of students officially enrolled in the office of the principal one day before the
opening of classes or not later than August 29, 2023.
4. Teachers who voluntarily serve as enrolment focal person will have one-day service credit for
every one day of voluntary work.
