Company Description
TalentSmiths is looking to hire Head of Delivery for a Financial service provider based in Karachi.

Overview of the Position & Responsibilities


The Regional Delivery Team is the Center of Excellence for development of various reports and publications required by all the markets
covered by organization. One of the key products developed by the Team is the Business Rating Report (BRR). Other products and
services delivered by the team include Customer Verification Reports, Financial Comparative Reports, and other customized reports
and projects for clients across the region.

Main Responsibilities
Provide standard and customized products & services as per the client requirements within the agreed SLAs. As the Head of the team,
you will need to ensure overall quality, client management, internal stakeholder management, team management, financial & industry
analysis, secondary & primary research, product development and business development support for the region.

Job Responsibilities & Authorities:


Primary Responsibilities
• Work Allocation & Quality Control
• Manage work allocation to the team on a continuous basis; ensure timesheet compliance.
• Ensure data collection from clients and report development is being done as per agreed SLA’s/TAT’s.
• Review deliverables from the team for scope coverage and provide necessary guidance where required.
• Ensure all products & services delivered are factually correct based on documentary evidence and/or valid references.
Operations Management and Process Control
• Operations Management and Work Planning on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.
• Ensure continuous process improvement to optimize delivery costs, improve customer experience, and other key departmental
objectives etc.
• Create/ revise SOPs and templates and ensure process compliance.
• Track team performance against plan
• Provide regular updates to the senior management, internal stakeholders, and sales team leaders from various regions.
• Hire and train new team members. Set goals for the team and manage the team from a career perspective.
Product Management
• Take product ownership for various products and services delivered by the Regional Delivery team and contribute on a continuous
basis in terms of product improvement, innovation, as well as developing new products.
Stakeholder Management
• Coordinate with customers (as required) for data clarifications/ seeking additional information. Ensure all communication is well-
documented.
• Ensure that periodic status reports are sent out to the customers as needed.
• Proactively escalate to respective sales leads in case of potential delays/ other risks
• Prepare monthly reports for internal controls, as well as for senior management team review.
Business Development Support
• Assist internal stakeholders across the region in developing proposals/presentations, join sales meetings (if required), develop
sample reports, etc.

Experience & Education


• Bachelor/ master’s degree in accounting/ finance/ economics or related discipline, from the top institutes in the country/ overseas;
ACCA / CA / CFA etc. candidates can also be considered.
• 4-6 years of experience in a role which involves company analysis, operational process management, due diligence, etc. Work
experience can be with leading banks (in corporate credit), with large organizations (in operational roles), or rating companies.

Required Core Competencies, Skills & Abilities


• Experience in developing or analyzing financial statements, and financial reporting.
• Experience in industry and risk analysis for companies would be an advantage.
• Communication skills and writing skills are essential for the role.
