TITLE: CASTINGS SHOT BLASTING

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Take decored & runner riser removed castings & put it on m/c table.
2. Then push the table inside the m/c.
3. Start bucket elevator & fill steel shots ( steel shot grade –s-550)
4. Close the m/c door.
5. First start the blower, then the wheel assembly motor.
6. Release the shots with the help of hand lever.
7. Run the m/c for max 6 mins. [ time depends upon type of job]
8. Then with the help of hand lever close the shot supply & switch off
wheel assembly motor.
9. Open the door & pull the table out & pick up cleaned castings.
10.If the castings are semi cleaned then repeat the process for 2-3 mins
again.
