TITLE: INDUCTION FURNACE

Instructions:

Turning on the furnace

1. Ensure the cooling tank is full. [cooling tower]

2. Ensure emergency tank is full.
3. Check the distilled water. [cooling tower]
4. Switch on the cooling fan. [cooling tower]
5. Switch on distilled water pump. [cooling tower]
6. Switch on coil water motor pump. [cooling tower]
7. Then switch on heat exchanger pump. [cooling tower]
8. Then switch on the main switch & panel switch.
9. Push the Reset Switch which sets the machine into auto mode.
10.Turn on the Heat On button.
11.Get the power from 0 KW to 50 KW by moving Power Controlling Switch &
maintain it for 15 minutes.
12.Now set the power at 250 KW & then furnace is ready for melting.

Turning off the furnace

1. Switch off the Panel switch & Main Switch.

2. Then turn off the Cooling Fan, Distilled Water Pump & Heat Exchanger
Pump.
3. Keep the Coil pump on cooling mode for 3 hours.
