Take snaps of Site condition as you reach and leave the site.
Give information to NOC support/Technical Lead as soon you reach site
Look for LED status and record the information on a notebook or take photo wherever possible
Look for designated FDMS port assigned for the connectivity
Validate the alarms and check if any alarm appeared during or after the activity
Immeidately report the NOC engineer
Fiber, Power and Data cable dressing should be done as per standard
Labelling should be in appropriate format at both ends of the cable
[Fiber Patch Cord, Power Cable, Data Cable]
Install ESD belt at every Equipment/Shelf
Delete all facilities on transponder created during nodal AT
Delete all assigned frequency from tranponder post nodal ATP before connecting to CCMD
Wear ESD belt while work on Equipment Rack.

Discard faulty patch chords & Attenuators
