• 18% reduction in labor cost, (7.5 Rs per kg to 6.1 Rs per kg).


• Installing new machinery and streamlining production operations to double the operational
capacity.
• 6% increment in OEE of the plant by working on TPM, reducing bottleneck operation’s cycle
time and installing quality check points.
• Installed automation to control process parameters & material handling system to reduce the
idle time of machinery by 15%. This increased the consistency of quality too.
