Working Pump A60H
Working Pump A60H
Op nbr 913-042
In order to facilitate troubleshooting for suspected hydraulic pump faults, the various working pumps can be checked separately.
This can help isolate the pump that is not operational. The times in the tables below are approximate and may be individually
dependent.
NOTE!
The hydraulic oil shall have an operating temperature 20–40 °C.
Checking pump no. Conditions when checking Dump position [T1] Lower position
i [T2]i
1+2+7 Full throttle Unaffected steering approx. 12 sec. approx. 12 sec.
1+2[T3]i Idling speed Unaffected steering approx. 43 sec. approx. 24 sec.
1+2+7 1000 rpm Unaffected steering approx. 24 sec. approx. 18 sec.
[T1] Time for the load body to raise from lowered position to dump position. The dump lever in dump position.
[T2] Time for the load body to lower from dump position to lowered position. The dump lever in lowered position.
[T1] Steering time states the time in one direction: max. steering angle (full lock) right to max. steering angle leftor from
max. steering angle left to max. steering angle right.
[T2] The steering times must be the same for full lock right to left as for left to right. Otherwise the steering link must
be adjusted, see Steering times, checking and adjusting.
[T3] Keep the dump lever in the lowered position. After 5 seconds the heating function activates until the lever is
released.
[T4] If steering time is longer, check pump 2. If steering time is shorter, check pump 1.
By comparing the measured times with the times in the tables it is possible to exclude certain pumps and pin-point the pump
that is not working. Then additional checking should take place, see:
