I. CALL TO ORDER
Hon. Jessa Mae S. Besing called to order the first inaugural session of the Sangguniang
Kabataan of Barangay 18 - Obrero, City of Butuan at 7:00 in the evening on November 28,
2023 at the Barangay 18 - Obrero Session Hall, Brgy. 18 - Obrero, City of Butuan.
II. OPENING PRAYER
Hon. Jaymark F. Moron commenced the meeting with heartfelt opening prayer.
III. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA
The presentation of the agenda was conducted by the newly appointed SK Secretary,
Ms. Aphryll A. Tuyor and was approved by the members of SK Council of Brgy. 18 -
Obrero, City of Butuan.
IV. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING
The reading and approval of the minutes was skipped due to the meeting conducted at
the time being the first regular SK meeting.

Agenda Highlights/Agreements
1. Formulation of Internal Rules The Rules and Procedures attached along with this
and Procedures (IRP) document were formulated by the SK Chairman in
concurrence with the SK council.
Whereas, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay 18 -
Obrero shall adopt its Internal Rules and Procedures in
order to achieve a maximum degree of efficiency in the
discussion and deliberation of issues during their sessions.
It was motioned by Hon. Alfon and duly seconded by Hon.
Moron.
2. Appointment of SK Secretary The SK Chairperson, in concurrence with the SK council,
appointed Ms. Aphryll A. Tuyor as SK Secretary
respectively. It was motioned by Hon. Dela Peña and duly
seconded by Hon. Borbon.
3. Appointment of SK Treasurer The SK Chairperson, in concurrence with the SK council,
appointed Mr. Jason Lor as SK Treasurer respectively. It
was motioned by Hon. Enao and duly seconded by Hon.
Moron.
4. Identification / Appointment of The SK Chairperson, in concurrence with the SK council,

It was motioned by Hon. Abao and duly seconded by Hon.
Enao.
5. Katipunan ng Kabataan The KK Profiling will start on December 7 up to January 31
Profiling of 2024. Online surveys through google forms will be used
to gather information’s. Face-to-face surveys will be done
to those who are not able to use online platform.
6. Schedule of Regular SK The schedule for the regular SK meeting and session was
Session and Katipunan ng set to be held every last Friday of the month concurred by
Kabataan Consultation
the SK council. In case of in-availability of members,
meetings and session will be moved to Saturdays.

VIII. PRIVILEGE OR PRESIDING OFFICERS HOUR
The SK Chairperson, Hon. Jessa Mae S. Besing, urged all SK Members to draft initial
plans about their suggested projects their respective committees, make a resolutions of the
approved agenda and always unite in the decisions of the body.
IX. SCHEDULE OF NEXT SESSION
The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay 18 - Obrero will hold its next session on
December 29, 2023, Friday at SK Obrero Session Hall, Brgy. 18 - Obrero, City of Butuan.
X. ADJOURNEMENT
The presiding officer adjourned the session at 9:30PM.
