Method of Statement

1. Introduction

This Method of Statement outlines the procedures and quality control measures for the design,
assembly, testing, and installation of electrical panels in compliance with industry standards and
client requirements.

2. Scope of Work

The scope includes:

• Design and engineering of electrical panels.

• Procurement of materials and components.

• Assembly and wiring of panels.

• Testing and quality assurance.

• Delivery and installation (if applicable).

• Commissioning and handover.

3. Responsibilities

• Project Engineer: Ensures design compliance with client specifications and standards.

• Production Team: Handles the assembly and wiring as per approved drawings.

• Quality Control (QC) Team: Conducts inspections and testing before delivery.

• Logistics Team: Manages safe transportation and delivery.

4. Work Procedure

4.1 Design & Engineering

• Review client specifications and technical requirements.

• Prepare electrical schematics, general arrangement drawings, and bill of materials.

• Obtain client approval before production.

4.2 Material Procurement & Inspection

• Source components from approved suppliers.

• Inspect incoming materials for compliance with specifications.

• Store materials in a controlled environment to prevent damage.

4.3 Assembly & Wiring

• Mount components according to the approved layout.


• Perform wiring as per schematic diagrams, ensuring proper labeling.
