RATIONALE Financial statements for government agencies are critical


tools that promote transparency, accountability. Effective
governance, and informed decision-making in the
management of public funds and resources. To provide a
basis on the top management to make sound decision on
efficient utilization of government resources, this proposal is
initiated.

OBJECTIVES: To allocate travel allowance for property custodian


during procurement

BUDGET ESTIMATES Php 875 x 12 days
