SCHOOL DISCIPLINE

RULES OF PROCEDURE

DUTIES AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE STUDENT

A. Uniform
>The prescribed uniform for male; Blue slacks or maong pants, white polo
with school seal and for female; White blouse baby collar with a blue ribbon
and a Royal Blue Skirt. The skirt must be two (2) inches below the knee.
>Shoes are considered part of the uniform.
>All students must come to school in proper uniform for classes,
examinations, and other non-academic purposes on school days.
>MAPEH uniform must be worn only Fridays.

B. Haircut
>Male prescribed haircut is crew cut style with slide shaved of one (1) inches
above the ears and three (3) inches above the collar.
>Haircut inspection is being conducted every first week of the month.
C. Students Identification Card
>School ID must be worn and displayed before entering and while inside the
campus.
>ID is not transferable.
>Lost ID must be reported and be replaced immediately.

D. Attendance
>Punctual and Regular attendance are required of the student at all times and
other activity.
>When a student incurred absence/s, he/she must submit letter of excuse.
>Non-attendance in any announced gatherings or activity is considered as absent.
>Excused absences are not exempted from requirements or any academic works.
>Parents will be required to come if already incurred several absences in case of
prolong illness or urgent matters.
>Leaving the school premises during class hours is not allowed without the permission
of the teacher/adviser.
>A student who incurs absences of more than 20% of the prescribed number classes
or laboratory period during the school year or terms will be given a failing grade.

E. Tardiness
>A student is late if he/she arrives after the flag ceremony everyday and who is not in the
classroom when the bell rings to start the classes.
>A student will be marked absent if he/she incurs three (3) late.
>Parents will be required to come if son/daughter already incurred several unexcused
tardiness.
F. Cutting Classes
>Any cutting classes incurred, be it in academic or non-academic subjects, is equivalent
to one day absent. Parents will be invited when their child committed this infraction
many times.
>Parents asking their children to go home during class hours must send written
communication duly signed by them.

G. Others
>The faculty room is an off-limit area to all students at all times except on
official purposes.
>Priority use of the school facilities is hereby given to the faculty if for
instructional purposes.
> Students are expected to use the language of instruction in school.
>Due respect must be accorded the faculty and person in authority inside
and outside the school premises.
