    THE 2016 GRADE 12
    RESULTS?
    1. DISCIPLINE
    1.1 LEARNER ABSENTEESM CONTROL
    We developed the period attendance
    registers to control learner absenteesm.
    Record is kept and parents are involved.
    Code of conduct for learners was

    developed as it was never there before


    to assist in maintaining discipline
    Though the pace may be slow but
    ultimately we shall reach our goal,
    Roma was never build in a day.
    Late coming is under control
    because of the code of
    conduct as of now very few
    come late on daily basis .
    Disciplinary committee has
    improved and presently
    there are no learners
    bunking classes.
    2. CURRICULUM
    MANAGEMENT PLAN
    Monitoring of written work on weekly
    basis by the HODs in various
    departments.
    There are weekly and monthly test in
    all subjects to assist in clocky learners
    progress in terms of performance.
    Schedule is drawn monthly and results
    are published on the notice boards and
    during assembly.
    3.EXTRA LESSONS
    Morning lessons are conducted from
    07h00 to 07h30.
    There is study from 14h30 to 15h20
    where by effective teaching take
    place by grade 12 teachers.
    Learners now remain for study from
    15h20 to 16h30.
    The school will be conducting easter
    and winter classes.
    4. PARENTAL
    INVOLVEMENT
    We have scheduled quarterly
    performance meeting with
    grade 12 learners and parents.
    Where a learner is absent, or
    has absconded without the
    parent notice then immediately
    we contact parents.
    5. PROFILING OF LEARNERS

    Learners have been profiled in


    three (3) categories:
    1. Promoted

    2. Progressed

    3. Repeaters

    Performance is also analysis based


    on the above categories to assess
    how learners are progressing
    6. MOTIVATION
    The school engage the sources
    of Mr Mametja J.M to motivate
    both the learners and the
    teachers ensuring that learners
    learn and teacher teach.
    The school has and ceremony

    day to motivate the learners.


    7. OUTSOUCING
    We have the risky subjects as:
    1. Mathematics

    2. Physical Sciences

    3. Accounting

    4. Business Studies

    5. Economics
    Teacher offer Saturday classes.

    The school has also outsource in Physical

    science, Mathematics and accounting.
