NARRATIVE ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT OF MPRE

A little progress each day, ends with a big result. As we look back, even
in a simple way of learning it will become successful someday. even in a
simple thing, time goes, it will have a good result in the end. The D.
Masalon Y Recto Elementary School conducted MPRE at Necomedes
Tolentino Elementary School with the FBES teachers started from February
06-10, 2023. The Five-Day Mid-Year break shall be spent for the conduct of
Mid-Year Performance Review and Evaluation. It is also evaluating the
School’s Progress in the implementation of the educational programs,
projects, and activities, as well as in reviewing the performance of teachers,
making the PMCF, journal and other related activities to address concerns
through cooperative efforts.

The speakers delivered the different topics and shared their knowledge,
ideas about the task that we are going to do. And it is very important to us
because of our daily lives as teacher to strengthen our mind to be more
flexible, and being committed to our work. And the following days shall be
devoted to conduct and perform activities for the teachers’ continued
professional development and also for the preparation of the instructional
materials that we are going to use in the field of teaching.

As teacher, I am very happy for the Five-Days of MPRE because it

reminds me a lot of things, activities, and other related works in the
teaching and learning process, and I also review my work as a teacher from
the beginning up to now.

By the helped of our Principals, School Heads, we end up with a very

successful day because We gain knowledge from them, the strategies,
techniques and ideas on how to deal learners, how to perform our duties
well, and how to rate between us and also to our leaners.
