 As the upcoming SEA Games is fast approaching, many Filipino fans
are having hard time on buying tickets on the main ticket selling stand
which is located at the main event of the SEA Games, Pampanga.
 For this proposal, the team decided to make it a convenient way of
selling tickets; and that is to use Social Media sites in order to express
all the Filipino fans their heart-whelming support to the Filipino
Athletes as a form of motivation, inspiration and unity of us, Pinoy in
the upcoming games.
 With a twist, the team will select 100 random people (from
Facebook, Twitter and Intagram) with the best caption will have a
discount of 70% plus a giveaway package from the team company plus
a chance to meet their favourite athlete.

 Since Facebook is the most commonly used social media among
all other social media sites, this can be one of the basis on
selecting 100 people with their most descriptive caption about
our athletes who will compete for the upcoming SEA Games here
in the Philippines.

 Mostly on this Social Media site is more on giving best caption regarding on
the good quality of the photo that they have. For the upcoming SEA
Games, the team will select 100 people with a meaningful caption that can
touch other people’s hearts that will surely agree to it.

2) Write a caption regarding this question, “What are the sacrifices
that the athletes do for the sake of their preparations for the
upcoming SEA Games?”

 This Social Media site is more on tremendous quote tweets or post that other
people can relate to. If they find it very interesting, they usually like the post,
retweet the post or sometimes both. For the upcoming SEA Games, many Filipino
fans will surely give their opinions, their sides and other thoughts about and this
can be also one of the basis of the company team to see if other people will agree
and support to the post of the fans.

MECHANICS:
1) Write a caption regarding to the theme for this 2019 SEA Games, “We Win As One”
(Can be a slogan, expanding thoughts, own understanding, etc. as long as it is
related to the theme)
2) No insert of emoji’s on the caption. (Or else you cannot be included to the promo
selection)

4) The most number of likes and retweets will be considered to include on the promo
selection and for the giveaway.
HOW TO KNOW IF THEY ARE ONE OF THE WINNERS? (THE PROCESS)
 Once the team choose 100 people from 3 Social Media sites (Facebook, Twitter & Instagram), they will
now directly message those people through personal chat or direct message from those sites to inform
them that they are one of the 100 winners of the promo and to be part of the 2019 SEA Games.
 After informing them, they will now completing the needed data so that the team will easily contact
them on the day of the SEA Games (Here as follows)

 Once they filled up the data, two members from the company team will compile those information's
separately according to the website/social media that they use.
