Scenario
In Giliw Company, there is a newly hired employee
named Francheska Calampag from Maubu, Sulu where
she belongs to the Badjao community. She is
discriminated because of her physical appearance, life
background, and her belongingness in the Badjao
ethnic group. When Francheska tried to approach her
co-workers during break times, she receive unwelcome
remarks from her co-workers and when it comes to
working, they didn’t entertain her and tend to avoid as
well as disregard her concerns during meetings and
suggestions since her co-workers didn’t trust her
capability.
